You could try catching some of the Pokemon around the city... some of 'em are ornery but most aren't too strong.
Murkrow's a Flying/Dark type and those are
everywhere
...
I have a couple. They're ridiculous pains in the ass but they're pretty tough for unevolved Pokemon.
