makes sense. I read they WILL eat pokefood, but it's harder to get wild caught one's to switch over. I'd guess you'd have to feed hatched ones some too. so they'd form their gems correctly.

That's something I was wondering before. That if perhaps someone had the funds to do so, if feeding a Sableye one certain type of gem and nothing else would influence how they form at all. But as interesting as it is, it might be more trouble than it's worth. ...and expensive.

if it doesn't it doesn't. then I have two useful ghost pokemon anyways. I can't help feeling kinda... I dunno, familiar with the ghost ones.

Ghost types interest me quite a bit. I only own one right now, but reading about them is always interesting. It's like most of them came straight out of horror novels, really.

I only have one: Honedge. But she's more Steel in her behaviors I think, then anything really scary.

Though you gotta think, since we can breed them they're probably not really dead or human spirits like the dex says. which makes being around them a little less creepy

That's true. It would be impossible for all of them to be, with that being the case.

Mine is a Litwick. He's...honestly far less creepy than most of the other Pokemon I have.

oh! I had one of those when I was here the first time. It was... a little eerie, but not vindictive or anything.

I enjoy Phantom's company. He's a very cheerful Pokemon, for a ghost.

yeah. I came back just before christmas last year. I was gone for a few months apparently.

...I hope you don't mind me asking. I just haven't heard of something like that happening, before.

[Well, no, that's...not totally true. He's heard of something similar, but not quite that exactly.]

I don't mind. It's apparently happened to a few folks before but it's not super common. And sometimes people will come back but not remember being here before.

That's... kinda hard to answer honestly.

When I first came here I was. Because I had more of a life here. But when I came back my life back home was a lot better, so I'm pretty conflicted about it. I wouldn't want to live here forever. But I like it here too.

I do, too. I think it has a lot to do with how things are for a person, back home.

And since you told me...I honestly wouldn't mind staying here, to tell you the truth.

[And that's all to say: he personally doesn't like to think of himself pre-Game much. And he's talked to people who come from awful circumstances outside the pokemon world. He can't judge]

I...know a lot of people don't feel that way, so I don't really hold that against anyone. But it's been good for me to be here, for the most part.

But the past weekend...things like that don't seem to work on much logic, do they? Since people can come just as quickly as they go.

I don't remember it, but apparently between when I was here the first time, and when I came back for the long term, I showed up during one of these weekends.

I... really messed up a friend of mine doing that. I still think he blames me for it. But thinking on it, it can be hard to get invested here, since anyone can go.

But honestly, isn't that how it is in 'real' life too?

It is. You can't exactly hold that sort of thing against someone, with how unpredictable it is here.

I'm sorry things are like that for you, Sakuraba-san. ...I guess...the only thing I know that might be bothering them is that they just have a hard time dealing with loss, maybe.

Heh, don't worry about them. They're kinda an asshole, but so am I, so it breaks even.

Anyways, how I look at it is: you have to really look at if the pain of losing someone outweighs the happiness you get outta the time you have. I personally would rather have the time I get now, even if I know it'll hurt sooner or later. Knowing my luck: sooner. But I can't ask someone else to do the same thing. It's really up to you.

That's a good way to think about things, I think. You might as well enjoy the time you have while you have it, if it's at all possible to. That's why I like it here so much. This place...makes it possible.
