Inside this PokeBall is a Pokeball that will bring you straight to Goldenrod if you choose to use it. This way, you don't have to rough it along the routes.
Tell it to use Teleport and you'll be in the city in no time.

[It's been a couple of days since he'd spoken to Banjou regarding exactly what they're supposed to do about this; quite frankly, Tsukiyama still doesn't know. But this world seems bound and determined to make him take on the leadership mantle at literally every chance it has to shove it at him, and while they'd both spent the last several days messed up over this, it seems Banjou needs him to handle this for whatever reason.
A couple of months ago, Tsukiyama would have gladly held this over his head; a couple of days ago, he hadn't felt the need to bother.
There must be something in the water.
That said, however, it had taken him a while to come up with something even halfway resembling an approach; he thinks he has one now, though he doesn't like the fact that it hinges on something he has no control over - namely, the assumption that Kaneki will be willing to talk to him at all.
He pauses before sending the initial message. Breathes. Remembers that strange ache that had gripped his chest when he'd seen Kaneki at the lake a few months ago, and hopes it won't seize him again if he refuses to answer him now.]

[It's been about a week and a half since Kaneki spoke to him last, give or take; that conversation had ended surprisingly well for what it was, and maybe that's what's got him wanting to talk today. Not enough to seek him out in person, though he could do that very easily should he be so inclined - Kaneki had given him a vague indication of where he was likely to be, and from there it would just be a matter of narrowing it down (a few breathless questions to shop owners asking if a friend he'd lost track of has been here today, chatting to some of the regular patrons over coffee; there were ways to do it without ever directly stalking the guy himself). But he hasn't, despite how utterly tempted he's been to do exactly that; he's aware the restraint is good but the fact of the matter is that it's making him slightly tetchy, especially since he's been outside more often over the last week or so as opposed to sequestering himself in his room - it's easier to avoid temptation like that when one is locked inside the house, after all.
But he's been refraining either way; just the same, he's feeling restless and there may be things to discuss, anyway, depending on how on-schedule Johto feels like being in the coming months. So it's for Kaneki's own good, surely.]

[It's been about 18 days since he's last heard from Kaneki; not terribly long, in the scheme of things, but it's long enough for him to get high-strung and sort of agitated - a good sort of agitated, mind, but just the same he can't really seem to remain still for long periods of time.
He wonders vaguely if it's...acceptable for him to contact Kaneki under no pretenses whatsoever; ultimately he won't, because old habits die hard and he's not allowed to contact Kaneki unless he has some sort of explicit reason for doing so. That's how it is back home; if Kaneki ever gets his memories back he'd likely be angry with him for not adhering to that baseline rule they'd set down.
But as it is, he's energetic today, and there was a lot of physical activity yesterday that managed to do the exact opposite of helping, and just because he needs a reason doesn't mean he can't come up with something on the spot, now, does it.]

But thankfully none of that conveys over text, due to the utter miracle that is the lack of of perceived tone on the internet; the text comes sometime after noon. It's a bit late, all things considered, but he imagines he can be forgiven a few days in the name of of being an utter trainwreck after everything this past week has decided to be.]

Cocoa complies, and Chie's enveloped by a pink-purple glow as she floats up, which fades once her feet are planted on the windowsill. ]

[What a time to be alive, right? The sun is shining, the beedrill are no where in sight, and it's like a brand new lease on life has been granted. Heck, even grumpy Poochy seems a little less miffed than usual. (Why? Because she knows. She knows all too well and she has done nothing but help out with this endeavor.)
It's a good day to send a gift like this.
